First post since staying up late on Wed and starting Thurs with a new baby in the household.
Needless to say, I didn't run on Thurs. It was fun to go out yesterday for a solid run after being inside for so long and then being able to come back to the miniature man at home.

This rest week is ending up with much less rest than anticipated, but no problem there. My son already has a little jogger-looking outfit to wear when he comes to watch the marathon.
We'll see how the next 8 weeks go. Plenty of adventures.

  1. Grats again running Pa! I would start the little guy with some sprint workouts, and then move him to track repeats in a couple days. :)
