Tempo run.
1mile warm up, 4 in 27:13, 1mile cool down
This has been my work schedule for the past 2 weeks:
10 hrs
24 hrs
And then this is next weeks schedule:
68.5 hours.
This large number of hours will be the biggest challenge to my training so far. Next week I am planning on running a long run of 18 miles (my longest run ever).
I have a plan, it will just be a packed week containing mostly working, running and some sleeping.
18 miles will be rockin'. I suggest doing it two minutes at a time. Spread out over a week.
