Didn't get 40 in last week. This is scheduled as a rest week.
Since I didn't get 40 in for the last 2 weeks, I am planning on running a half marathon time trial tomorrow. After work, so not the best scenario, but we'll see. If not, then just 13ish miles at a slower pace. Regardless, and even with the lower-than-planned mileage, I'm still staying on track for 45 next week, and my first 20 miler next friday. As always, we'll see. Never enough time.
