My legs are feeling tired even though the run was supposed to be more rest than difficulty.
As long as they feel good tomorrow. 8 miles. I'll stick with 8 min/mile for most of it. Maybe a faster last mile. Whatever it looks like, I'll just be glad to hit my mileage again this week. I'll really need to transition to 6 days/week of running instead of the 5 that I am trying right now. I think I will by the end of April.
tired. not enough sleep for the past 3 days. Need to work on that, too.
