3 miles. 24min. 2x30sec strides@ end of run.

I tripped. On a rock. The sun had set and it was getting pretty dark. It is not very fun to fall ever, but especially while running. And holding an iPod.

Got the run in, though, and since this week is just going to get busier, it is a good thing.
