4 miles in 32:00

Hot day. Tired. One week down. 35 miles.
19 weeks to go.
I now know a couple more folks who will be running the Denver Marathon this fall. The more the merrier. The more accountability the better. I asked "have any of you run a marathon before?"
From one of those folks came the answer, "Well, I ran 3 last year."

Well, I suppose I will start with one and see how that goes.
