Hopefully it's not the last. With my track record (not-very-cool pun intended), it just might be.
A few seconds worth of "6 inches" type ab work. Some modified crunches. A few sets of pushups. I need the upper body strength in order to carry Ace's mini fridge for 20+ miles. I might just put it in a wagon and wheel it all over the mountains, I'm not sure just yet.
