July 05, 2009

seventy-seventh, seventy-eighth, seventy-ninth, eightieth

well, the week turned out as it needed to.

4 in 31:45
7 (1 mile warm up, 5 miles in 33:30, 1 mile cool down)
rest day
16 miles in 2:00:00 (8 "out" in 62:00, 8 back in 58:00)
3 miles in 24:00

40 miles total. Maybe even my first 40 mile week (definitely the first officially logged 40 mile week)

Feet are feeling good. No problems. The long run was over at the highline canal again, which means flat, packed dirt, and one of these days I'll be needing to transition to asphalt roads for the longer runs.
