off, off, off, seventy-fifth and seventy sixth

3 days off in a row.  First time since february, when I wasn't running at all.
So, not very good, but I was sick and busy and thought it was best to just not run.

But I jumped into this week with:
4 miles in 31:45  and
6 miles in 46:18

hot weather.
Still planning to get in 40 for the week and a long run of 16. Hopefully.

Anyone watch some of the USA track nationals?
I've watched just about every distance race they will post on flotrack and the usatf website.
