So, not very good, but I was sick and busy and thought it was best to just not run.
But I jumped into this week with:
4 miles in 31:45 and
6 miles in 46:18
Still planning to get in 40 for the week and a long run of 16. Hopefully.
Anyone watch some of the USA track nationals?
I've watched just about every distance race they will post on flotrack and the usatf website.
