forty-eighth and forty ninth

5 miles in 40:00
5miles in 39:15

30 for the week. Very little deviation from the 5 miles/run average.

I am feeling the need to get a race in sometime soon. Maybe a 10k if I can find on in the next month. I might forget about it if things get too busy.
It's probably just cause the Bolder Boulder in 2 days. I won't be running, but it puts racing on the mind.
