April 17, 2009

twenty-third (blizzard + car trouble = procrastination = treadmill "long" run at night)

8miles in 1:04:00. 10 min rest/stretching/watching King of the Hill. 2 miles in 12min.

Tomorrow will be busy. No time for anything, especially running.
Remember that run through downtown denver that mentioned earlier this week? A fantastic idea. Too bad we got about a foot of heavy, sloppy snow. It was coming down all day, so I almost just didn't run. But somehow I ended up in soaked jeans and winter coat (running clothes in tow) at the workout room around 11pm.

Another week. Another 25mi. Full week of work coming up and a rest week of 20ish miles.
I am tired.
